Review: Poor packaging! Nothing is done to prevent the plastic pot from getting crushed during the process of delivering. I received a big cracked and felt the staff packing the item before delivery is very irresponsible! I won’t make the hassle to refund or return. Waste of my TIME! Please u need to bubble wrap even its plastic! You don’t only wrap ceramic or glass bowls!
