Review: Very Disappointed 😞 The mug itself is sturdy and well-made, and the design looks like the product images. However, the customisation quality is very poor. The writing was not engraved; it was just stuck onto the mug. When I washed it to remove the factory residue, the letters peeled off immediately. If you are buying from this supplier, I do not recommend customising. I’ll be returning this item and using a different supplier I’ve used before, who provides excellent customised mugs.
