Review: Used this on my nose a couple days after getting it and I'd say it's amazing. I would definitely get it again. It didn't hurt (for me at least) and the jewelry is working well so far! Quick and easy piercing. You can just clip the gem park off with a nail clipper to get the nose jewelry out since it is an arrow type jewelry (it won't come out unless you rip it out, ouch)
