Review: SOFT. but make sure to not to drag it hard against your skin because it can cause sensitivity if your skin is sensitive or thin. it's actually soft can help alot with PUFFINESS AND BLOATING. It's a must have because I feel lazy using guasha or my hands. It's SMOOTH. Comfortable to use. DO NOT THAT face exercise helps ALOT making your features more beautiful then they already are but it's not one day magic.
