Review: Very lousy delivery service by J&T. Delivery person just dumped the parcel outside my house on shoe rack and the doesn’t press doorbell when I’m home. Parcel went missing and then when I tried to report to SHEIN about this, all SHEIN can say is the system shows parcel as received and therefore they will not refund me. Crappy crappy delivery service and dissappointing after sales customer service from SHEIN.
