Review: Exactly as described. This really helps control the amount of shampoo we use when bathing our Chihuahua puppies. The soft bristles gently massage their skin and help get them clean without upsetting them too much. The pump on the side dispenses the perfect amount. I highly recommend this for anyone with small short hair dogs like Chihuahuas.
