Review: I am disappointed with both the product and the customer service. First of all, the chair itself looks very beautiful. However, it arrived missing important components. The drilling area needed to properly assemble and secure the parts is not there, and one of the pieces is too small to fit into its slot. This makes the chair unstable and unusable without additional work and expense. The most frustrating part is the customer service experience with SHEIN. I attempted to return the item, but the system does not allow returns because it is considered “oversized,” and no return label is provided. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 30% discount , which is simply not enough to cover the cost of hiring someone to fix the drilling issue and purchasing the correct parts. I asked for either a larger discount or a proper prepaid return label. Instead, I was told to pay for shipping upfront and wait for reimbursement. That is not a reasonable solution.
