Review: The dress is nice. The material is a tulle that is soft and isn't scratchy, which is a big plus. I did feel a little costumey in it. Gave me Wendy addam vibes for some reason. Was planning to wear to polo, may shorten it or return. If I had more places to wear it to, I would keep it. I do love that the tulle is doubles and makes the bottom fuller. The lining on top makes it good to wear with a strapless bra. It does, howevershow you bra clips as the piece on back sits higher,
