Review: I really like them to help tone arms. you can wear them and do any housework and it counts as a workout. the velcro is stretchy so it can be adjusted for any arm or ankle circumference. i also like that you can remove and add the separate weights in case you think it’s too heavy or want to wear it for longer but can’t. so the fit it perfect, it doesn’t irritate you. good price for product. only thing is the silicon collects dust but it’s very convenient to clean or sanitise.
