Review: The worst experience I've had as a Shein customer. I have been a customer for at least five years now and have never been this disappointed or treated badly. I received the dress on September 21st. While opening the package, I noticed one of the dresses had two stains, and I recorded it right away. I didn't even try the dress because the sequins were too much, made me itchy, and it was too small. I returned the dress and stated the reason for the return which was defective and stained I also included my video recording but Shein didn't issue me a refund. And the reason was that the dress had been stained. Like whattt????? I returned the dress for the exact reason and now they blame me for their incompetence. It means they do not check when shipping defective order and once received the same defective order they blame it onto the customer. Not to mention their customer service is 0/10; they keep repeating the same thing and do not solve your problem. I still demand my refund. Scammers!!
