Review: This booty trainer is exactly what I wanted. It doesn’t attach to a door at all — it straps around each ankle and connects with a resistance band between your legs. It’s perfect for glute work like kickbacks, side lifts, and leg extensions. The ankle straps are soft and don’t rub, and the band has really good tension. It stays in place while I move and doesn’t twist or snap around. Super easy to use, great for home workouts, and it hits the booty muscles really well.
