Review: I really like the down jacket, and it’s comfortable and lovely. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a little too big, even though I followed the size chart’s recommendation. I was wondering if it would be possible to return it and exchange it for one size smaller. If an exchange isn’t possible, I would also be grateful for a refund. Thank you so much for your kind understanding and help! I really appreciate it. 💕
