Review: Rating this five stars so my review will be seen. The overall quality of the fabric is very poor, equivalent to the material you would use for a Halloween costume, but a bit thicker. The bottom does not flare out the way it does in the picture, but maybe once I steam and iron it it will come out. Fortunately, I intended to use this for a project anyway so it’s not a big loss and I think I can recover it. However, if you’re looking for a dress that looks like the one in the picture this is not it. Also, you would not want to wear this with a bra as you can see the arm holes are very large.
