Review: This is an amazing pan.. I have been converted to titanium after the titanium woks and pans I have tested.. I don't use stainless steel pans nor cast iron nor carbon steel.. my biggest problem with them is chasing the bloody egg around the frying pan ( that's how non stick they are).. there's no seasoning the pan.. the other peacock design pan hasn't warped yet unlike the scale pattern ( not a problem with induction since cooking on glass is obsolete use a silicone mat).. it's easier to clean than my stainless steel utensils.. virtually indestructible and pans can be stacked on top of each other.. I've been able to cut things in the pan no scratch.. titanium cooks so clean you can taste the difference and being non toxic ask the restaurant to cook in them.. this is a new era and combined with induction a marriage made in heaven.. learn to 3D cook
