The mesh upper material is extremely breathable, keeping my feet cool during long jogs. The sole provides amazing shock absorption, great bounce, and excellent arch support, which prevents foot fatigue. They are surprisingly lightweight and didn't require any "break-in" time at all—no blisters on my first run! The grip on the bottom is secure on both pavement and treadmills.
