Review: Not exactly Victoriana, but the duo can carry the look, right? The bishop sleeves, the color, the print. I’m enamored with the eccentricity of the skirt, too, albeit once again, it may be too young for me. The flaps on the skirt don't have a way to fasten the way they do in the product photos. I think they were pinned in place. But the flaps hanging free on one side also makes for another look.
