Review: The shoes are cute, but unfortunately they arrived with deep creases and dents around the toes. Even after reshaping them, the marks are still clearly visible and won’t go away. I understand the material is faux leather and the price reflects the quality, but this is already the second time I’ve received shoes like this. I didn’t leave a review the first time, but this time I really had to mention it. Please add some stuffing or air bags inside the shoes during shipping to prevent them from getting crushed and deformed.
