Review: Product Quality: Now this is a stunner and I got it on sale too. Thank you MOTF. It’s such a pretty skirt. It’s got a slight bounce or wave when you move and the bow is so adorable. I paired it with a motf top and it transformed into the most elegant two piece. I love this for a versatile moment. Can be dressed up or down. It’s on the more elegant side though. It’s lined!!!
