Review: SHEIN has a wide variety of trendy and affordable products, which makes shopping easy and fun. The app is simple to use, and the customer reviews with photos are very helpful when choosing items. However, the quality is not always consistent. Some products are great for the price, while others look different from the pictures or feel cheaper than expected. Sizing can also be confusing because the same size may fit differently depending on the item. I think SHEIN could improve by adding more accurate photos, clearer fabric descriptions, and better size guidance. Delivery and tracking are usually fine, but more detailed updates would make the experience better. The return process could also be explained more clearly, especially for first-time customers. Overall, SHEIN is a convenient and affordable shopping platform, but improving quality control, sizing accuracy, and product transparency would make customers trust the brand more.
