Review: Por cuarta vez consecutiva me volvieron a robar artículos de mi compra de SHEIN. Esta vez pedí 5 productos y solo llegaron 3. Para completar el paquete, el correo local que contrata Mail Américas en Ciudad de Buenos Aires puso un vestido de lana horripilante que jamás compré. ¡Esto no puede seguir pasando! Hago los reclamos en SHEIN y siempre recibo las mismas respuestas automáticas diciendo que ellos enviaron todos los productos y que revise bien el paquete. Mientras tanto, cuando exijo que activen la garantía de envío que me cobran, nadie se hace cargo. Estoy indignada. No volveré a comprar en SHEIN mientras siga trabajando con Mail Américas y mientras SHEIN no asuma la responsabilidad que le corresponde por el correo que ellos mismos contratan. Es inaceptable cobrar una garantía de envío y luego obligar al cliente a pasar semanas haciendo reclamo tras reclamo para terminar recibiendo respuestas automáticas que prácticamente lo tratan de mentiroso. El cliente no tiene por qué pagar
