Review: I ordered a Small (S) size, even though your representative suggested Medium (M) based on my measurements. However, I still chose to order Small. Unfortunately, the item I received appears to be Large (L) or even Extra Large (XL), which is much bigger than the size I ordered. Moreover, there is no size label or marking on the item to confirm whether it is Small, Medium, or Large. This is very disappointing, as I expected to receive the exact size I ordered. Please look into this issue and arrange a suitable solution, either by replacing the item with the correct size or providing a refund. Thank you.
