Review: I am so impressed. The skirt is made well, is slightly heavy so it won't fly up too badly in the wind, and is very stretchy. It has a slight texture to it too so if you're looking for a smooth material this isn't it. It's the perfect length for me and I'm 5'1 so if you're tall this might end up knee length on you. Overall, I'm very happy!
