Review: Hi I received my order today, but unfortunately the watch box was completely empty. The watch was missing, and only the empty box arrived. I have attached a photo showing the empty watch box as proof. Please investigate this issue and send me the watch I ordered as soon as possible, or provide a full refund if the watch cannot be sent. Thank you. I look forward to your prompt response.
