Review: This over‑door anchor works really well and feels secure when it’s set up properly. It straps around the door instead of just hooking over the top, so it doesn’t slip or pop off like the old block‑style anchors. I can attach my resistance bands at different heights for rows, chest presses, and leg work, and it stays in place the whole time. The material is strong, the stitching is solid, and it doesn’t damage the door. It’s a great addition to my home workout setup and makes band exercises a lot safer. ---
