Review: Arrived at 7:58.
Went in to their house and greeted their family. Got in their bedroom and clients were still sleeping. Ready their morning personal care products.
09:30 I woke up Rawah then woke up Samah at 09:45.
Transferred them from bed to commode and assisted them in their toilet needs. Both of them refused to wipe and apply barrier cream. They also refused to change their undies. Brushed and tied up their hair. Then transferred them from commode to wheelchair using board and slide sheet safely.
Task that were done:
*mop the floor
*dusting furniture
*Vacuum all parts of the house
*empty the bins
*cleaned the 2 bathroom and toilets
*Washed the attachements of their CPAP machine and tubes
*make their bed
*washed little dishes
*brushed dry the dust on their wheelchair
Clients were doing their facial morning routine while having chat with their siblings. Their power in their room is also good
I made sure everything was done and things were placed well before I left the house.
