Review: True lip stain, pigmented. stays put for hours. I had to use an oil based makeup remover to fully get it off. Did not dry out my lips, or make them itch or tight. Smell is minimal compared to other stains. Does fade when you eat or drink but outline is still there . These are better than new ELF lip liner stain in my opinion. It does dry down fast you have seconds to rub or smudge or fill it in. The tip is not stiff it’s soft and easy to work with, some shades appear nude or light n similar if you have two toned lips. Stain type liquids dry out fast I hope I can get few good uses out of these, they are a good price too. Store them tip down.
