Review: Material is very itchy. And it looks too formal on me because the see through material looks like made of pineapple? It can be worn on formal evens actually. Photo shows like it is worn in a casual environment or strolling in the park. But no. It is formal. Like a "Filipiniana" kind of formal. And itchy.
