Review: I've ordered from Shein many times with success on all ends. HOWEVER, when there is an issue, I find communication extremely difficult. I wanted to return 3 items a few days after the return deadline because I didn't receive it from the shipper until about that date. (It was due to me Feb. 22nd I received it March 14th.) I asked a simple question and could not get an answer. It's all fluffy with no answer. The final answer was no, which I expected, but I had to keep repeating my question and even asked for a supervisor to address it. No supervisor ever replied. Today they finally just said they can't help me further after a week of almost daily emails and I'm still not sure they understood me. They kept telling me it was delivered. Obviously, a language barrier in my opinion so be ware because you can't speak to anyone, just email.
