Review: According to the law and the contract that you signed, i cannot give you ur deposit back because i am supposed to use that security deposit to pay for the losses that you, the tenant created by abandoning the property. Since this counts as an abandonment of property i cannot give you ur deposit back. If you want your deposit back, you need to find a tenant from june 1st to august 31st. Otherwise according to the contract and the law, i am not obligated to give you ur deposit back.
