Review: Centella asiatica serum is good for: • Redness, irritation, sensitive skin • Barrier repair • Mild acne / inflammation • Post-exercise redness • Healing small cuts or rashes • Soothing dryness or flakiness Good for: • Sensitive skin • Acne-prone • Oily or combination • People who over-wash or use actives (niacinamide, vitamin C, multani mitti, scrubs) Not ideal for: • Very dry skin unless combined with a moisturizer • People expecting anti-aging results (Centella is calming, not lifting) ⸻ ✔ Pros • Very soothing • Non-sticky • Helps reduce redness • Lightweight (good if you get sweaty/bloated) • Pairs well with most products ⸻ ✔ Cons • Won’t remove pigmentation alone • Not hydrating enough by itself • Results are slow (2–4 weeks)
