Review: And please be gentle with yourself, even in the smallest ways. Try to eat a little when you can and just take things one day, one hour, one moment at a time. Right now, surviving the day is enough. Your mom will need you, yes, but she also needs you to take care of yourself through this. You don’t have to carry everyone all by yourself. Grief isn’t something you get through by being strong all the time , it’s something you move through with love, support, and patience for yourself, okay 🥺 Sending you the biggest hug right now. You are not alone in this, and I’m here for you, always ❤️🫂 Your love for your dad doesn’t end because he’s gone, and the memories, lessons and pieces of him that live in you will always remain. Sending you the biggest hug, and please know I’m here for you, truly All the best for everything that needs to still be done. May Gods grace be more than sufficient during this time.❤️🫂
