Review: I LOVEE LOVE LOVE THIS DRESS. It’s body hugging on the waist part but flowy on the bottom so it kinda gives you an hourglass shape. Very worth your money. Also my waist can go up to 31 inches but small still fits me. I’m also 5’4 so the length of the dress is just perfect.
